I am a postdoctoral researcher at Universität Leipzig, working in the research group of Prof. Kristina Musholt and funded by the Leverhulme Trust. I have recently completed my PhD in Philosophy at University College London, where I also did an MPhilStud in Philosophy. Prior to this, I completed an MMathPhil in Mathematics and Philosophy at the University of Oxford.

My doctoral thesis considered the roles that humans play in relation to their own and others actions, and characterizes what I call ‘dependent intentional action.’ This is action in which an agent’s ability to realize their ends relies on another agent directing their agency at those ends, in order to help them.
I am now building on this work to look at dependent intentional agency in early childhood, thinking about the way that support from others is bound up with the kind of agency that young children have. In my work, I engage with empirical research as well as related topics in the philosophy of mind and moral psychology. I also think about disability, gender, and feminism.
